Cannot play game in any mode

1️⃣ Headset type: PS4, PSVR 2️⃣ Discord Username: davey1812#8408 3️⃣ Prerequisites: Start free for all, zombies, or private match 4️⃣ Frequency: 5/5 5️⃣ Steps to reproduce: Start in free for all. I can hear voices and see the user list menu. I am listed. After starting all voices are muted and I can run around, but all of the other users in the game are frozen. I can shoot them, but no one dies. I can try to throw a Molotov cocktail, but it doesn't throw anything and the white arc showing the path never disappears for the rest of the session. In zombies it counts down to start and then stops at zero and will not begin the game. 6️⃣ Additional Info: This started on 3/12/23. I've reformatted the PS4, reinstalled the system software, reinstalled the game, and both are up to date and current. My bandwidth is usually around 580/22 with 40ms ping. The problem continues and is consistent.
